Creative Director & Merchandising Manager
During this 6-month contract, I was acting Creative Director and Merchandise Manager for EcoHome Atlanta. Along with managing the daily business of the brick & mortar and e-commerce site; I cultivated the brand identity for the luxury gift boutique. I oversaw the full site renovation and redesign of the new location including designing floor sets, signage and visual displays.

During the holiday season, I designed a Holiday Pop-up Shop under a tight deadline and budget. I was responsible for educating new staff on the product lines. The Pop-up Store resulted in a 400% increase in sales over a 3-month period.
